Kentucky Owl Bourbon was founded in 1879 by C.M. Dedman on the banks of the Kentucky River. The distillery produced “The Wise Man’s Bourbon” for decades until its long and storied history was interrupted by Prohibition. Fortunately, the Kentucky Owl brand was relaunched with Batch #1 in 2014. Each Bourbon batch is made from some of the finest bourbon in bottled at 118.8 Proof to bring out the most desirable bourbon flavor. Every new batch is an original with its own unique taste profile, carefully crafted Kentucky and by Master Blender John Rhea. These highly sought after, artfully blended, craft bourbons have become an instant sensation and every batch sells out almost solely by word of mouth.
Batch 11 is blended utilizing very particular well-aged, bold Bourbons. 10-14 year old bourbons are blended with mature Bourbons 6-9 years old to create this unique blend.
Serve neat, with a splash of water, or on the rocks.
