Shipping Policy

A. The Spirits Reserve Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments. 

B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Spirits Reserve does not take responsibility for minor damage. 

C. Spirits Reserve is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling. 

D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

E. If the package is returned to Spirits Reserve damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order. 

F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery. 

G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.

Copper stilled in small batches, this process cleanses the spirit, drawing out many impurities and resulting in a smooth gin. Sipsmith’s one-shot method makes it one of the few gins in the world not to be made from concentrate for an incredible fullness of flavor. Made using only the heart cut of the run, much like a fine single malt scotch, it’s what delivers the gin’s uncompromising quality. Juniper forward, with very classic notes, Sipsmith is perfect for a Gin & Tonic, Negroni, or other classic gin cocktails, yet so smooth it’s essential for a martini. Combine four parts Sipsmith London Dry Gin with one part dry vermouth in an ice-filled glass. Stir until chilled, strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.

    COLOR

    Deep colour, almost opaque.

    PALATE

    On the palate it has a powerful attack, with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins, wild bush and red berry notes, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.

    FINISH

    Aroma of excellent complexity, with wild bush and spicy notes like curry, pepper and ginger, red berries and black fruits mixed with a light cacao touch, the result of a good maturation, along with a slightly stony finish.
