The Glenlivet Fusion Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a testament to the brand's legacy of pushing boundaries and setting new standards since 1824. This expression is a bold venture into the world of unconventional single malt taste experiences, perfectly complementing The Glenlivet's renowned fruity house style.
Fusion Cask redefines the single malt experience, creating an elevated and unique taste profile. The whisky undergoes a distinctive finishing process in bespoke casks, meticulously crafted from hand-selected first fill rum and bourbon barrels. These barrels are expertly dismantled and reassembled, a process that allows two distinct cask types to harmoniously fuse their characteristics into the whisky.
The result is a luxurious depth of flavor, where luscious fruit meets caramel toffee notes, creating a sensory experience that is both rich and nuanced. Tasting notes include a delightful blend of orange vanilla custard, caramel, cocoa, and a zest of lemon, making each sip a discovery of new flavors.
