Released in 2021 - Maker's Mark FAE-01 Series Limited Release Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky is the third iteration from this acclaimed series. Composed of a mash bill containing 70% corn, 16% wheat, and 14% malted barley and bottled at a varying +110.6-proof, Marker's Mark FAE-01 explores a new side to finishing using American oak staves roasted on one side and raw on the other. The result is a truly distinct blend of sensations and flavors with aromatics of aged oak, maple syrup, and butter over a palate of dark fruits, smoke, blackberries, and vanilla.
A. The Booze Cartel Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. The Booze Cartel does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. The Booze Cartel is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to The Booze Cartel damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
